There have been a lot of transitions happening for me within the last few weeks. Weighing most on my mind is my pup. I’ve raised him since he was six months old, and he’s been a big part of my life for the last thirteen years. Throughout these years I’ve gotten married, travelled the world, bought a house, had kids, travelled some more, lost my job, hustled my way into new jobs, and am now going back to school. His health has been declining since his sister passed away almost three years ago. On Wednesday he woke up completely blind. It was heartbreaking to witness how scared he was, but he’s slowly adapting.
Anyways, I woke up at 4am and couldn’t get back to sleep this morning, so I decided to go on a ride. I live in a really cool and diverse area, and it’s fun to just put around on my old ‘73 CL450. I headed downtown this morning and stumbled upon this mural. It’s a bit crazy to think that Senna also once screamed through these streets using Honda power.
