Thank an Italian for successfully marketing Jesus and giving the world Oppo’s favorite dish. Easter is weird for me, as I’m not a Christian. Being Italian is a lot like being Jewish in that there’s a big grey area between culture and religion. Religious holidays are really family holidays. My pops ordered my nonni some lamb from a local Italian joint, so she’s taken care of. A thoughtful Pesach and Easter to everyone. Have some eggplant parm.
