If I’d kept it but driven the same amount of miles I’ve done in my Acura, I’d be at 290,000 miles.
Additionally, the Acura averages 26 mpg since I’ve owned it, while the Lexus would’ve gotten around 20. Over the past 23,000 miles (the number of miles I’ve put on my Acura), I would’ve used 1150 gallons of gas in the Lexus, vs 885 in the Acura. This is a savings of 265 gallons of premium, or about $800.
I miss my Lexus, but I’m glad I sold it.
