"High mileage just means it's ready for an engine swap"

Is what my friend said when I sent him a link to this high mileage manual E91. 

Not a fan of the mileage, the fact it’s AWD, or the interior condition; however, I am a fan of the number of pedals it has.

What my friend is true, this would make an excellent candidate to swap an N54 into. If I had the place, I would like nothing more than to get this, put the N54 out of this into, and then turn the boost to 11.
