The follow up to Pizza Attempt #1 last week has been a massive success! Big thank you to all of Oppo for your suggestions and words of wisdom. I’d like to highlight 66P1800inpieces (below) because I’m pretty sure he trained under Jamie Oliver or something. I had a much better dough this time because it was less hydrated, sat overnight in the fridge. Also the yeast definitely worked much better this time .

I still went with the old crisper pan but with thicker dough, less sauce, more cheese (slightly too much), and toppings on top. Higher temp to 425F and longer time at 17min with a turn half way. 8/10 This time :)
