I’ve been busy. I rebuilt the suspension where it was hit when the PO merged into his blind spot. I’ve done a couple other things as well. New intake plenum, oversized throttle body, side scoop, exhaust, ECU tune, upgraded sway bars, brakes, exhaust, etc. I’m running 1:50's at Laguna Seca. Just added a bunch of aero that I’ll be testing tomorrow. Hoping to get a couple more seconds off. Gonna run time trials with NASA this year in TT4. Getting a Dyno and log book on Jan 10th.
Pretty good use of $2500. Dunno how much total but big ticket stuff adds up to roughly $4k. Tune, rollbar, seats, exhaust, throttle body, etc, and not counting tires and brakes.
It’s a 2002 with a 2.7 which is not 2.7 and means no spec Boxster build as it doesn’t fit the class. 114k on the clock. Zero oil loss. Upgraded IMS. Probably 12 track days this year while building it out and not a single issue aside from me breaking the battery mount and negative battery lead after upgrading my tires 🤷♂️
