Spent a bit of time on Bring a Trailer today, and saw this. My favorite picture caught my eye because I saw water. “Maybe it’s really off-roading in that pic,” I said to myself.
Nah, it’s just backed into a boat ramp in a posh-looking waterfront area.
I am going to steal a quote directly from the comments - credit where credit is due: “Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.” - Antoine de Saint-Exupery. NOT the owner or builder of this truck.
Good gravy.
Is that a discarded mattress in the background?
If I had that many bumps on my body I’d go see a doctor. What even are those? Speaking of doctors, I’d need one for my elbow after hitting it on that fire extinguisher every time I got in and out Or shifted out of Park. At least there’s a place for my grocery list.
I also don’t see what radios those antennas are for. I see one mic hanging from the ceiling. And I can’t decide if I’m offended by the bland stock appearance of most things on the inside (other than a jillion things bolted to it) or am I relieved it’s not covered in LineX too?
This battery cover also reminds me of the episode of Top Gear challenge where one of their cars has a piece of cardboard to keep the battery from shorting out on the hood (*ahem* bonnet). I think I understand the fire extinguishers now though. The paint marker is a nice touch.
Well, at least it’s like, the ultimate Zombie Apocalypse Bug Out machine, I’m sure you could live in the back, it must be fully equipped with everything... right?
Oh.
