Lately, I’ve seen quite a few Accords (and CR-V’s) with either a completely burnt out LED on one side, or one LED strip that is dimmer than the other -such as the picture above. I’ve also seen quite a few previous gen CX-5's with one burnt out LED...
What gives? Aren’t LED’s supposed to be long lasting?? Makes me question the longevity of LED low beams that you find in many cars today.
The halogen DRL’s in my mom’s 06 Accord (which are just the high beams on low power), have yet to burn out, even after 140,000 miles, which is a little surprising. Why are these LED's burning out so quickly?
