Maybe this is old news, but accidentally found this feature last night.
When you do a screen capture it shows a little preview in the lower right corner. If you tap on that preview it brings up the image and a set of picture editing tools like cropping and color/brightness changes so that you can edit the pic before saving it. Neat!
