This truck had a little trouble with water, but its more a fluke than endemic of the truck. For the oldest truck there, it still killed it pretty good, and it was many people’s favorite.

The Classic Defender
the 300 TDi is the best of the engine for the truck, and the paint is wonderful. its a rough experience but its got a lot going for it.

The Sturdy Hilux
Warlord Outback approved workhorse for all time.
The beastly GQ Patrol
The burly TD42, the strongest axles in the business and built like a tank.
Personally, I would take the Patrol. I love those engines and even though I would prefer a GU patrol (Y61) I could be happy with this GQ.
