I think I figured out a fix for that annoying problem of trying to reply and it shoots you to the top of the page with a “#” at the end of the URL.

At least for Chrome on the desktop, I suspect it wont work for chrome mobile (I think they stripped it of all plugins)

I guess the # is a fragment meant to callback to anchors that don’t exist (or is repurposed for tracking...which is more likely). this nixes them entirely.
