Car-Hold. Opinions Needed

our garage...excuse me...car-hold door is busted. jammed up from a kids bike being left out and so bent out of shape that it wont close without help and it wont be coerced back into a usable shape. Looking at new doors and looking for your opinions

The top one is the most money and down from there. Its been a helluva week. Dishwasher finally got replaced last Friday (old one was a leaker), then the garage door happened Saturday night. Then this happened last night
