For reference, here’s the view from our WV house’s front porch.
Not quite the same, but definitely warmer. My wife’s aunt and uncle have been letting me stay at their house and there’s a private pier in their neighborhood. Here’s the view from yesterday when her uncle and I got trashed and took the golf cart to the pier.
I’m gonna miss the mountains.
Once the bike gets here I won’t care about the view.
Although I am going full squid since my license plate fell off the bike and I haven’t gotten the replacement in the mail yet. It’s supposed to be mailed to our WV address, and that’ll only be our address til Tuesday. I’ll probably get a NC plate faster than my WV plate that I’ve already paid for.
We could only find a place that would allow pets in NC. So we’re a couple miles north of SC.
