......don’t have hour long 11am meetings that run 30+ minutes over time.
Seriously, WTF? Schedule the meeting for 90 or 120 minutes so we know what the fuck is going on and can plan accordingly. Also, don’t worry about the fact that people aren’t generally capable of paying attention for more than 45 minutes under ideal circumstances.
