Let's blow the roof off of this place.

Yesterday my landlord showed up and told us that we’re being evicted after living here for 7 years, through no fault of our own. The only family in the building. The reason? Twofold actually. Their official reason is because their junkie son is moving in. The real reason however is because they attempted to illegally raise our rent by $100 per month when the maximum allowable by law was something like $27. We settled at a $35 increase, but I guess that wasn’t good enough for these greedy money-grubbing pieces of shit. Did I mention that the landlord lives in a house two cities over and threw out their basement suite tenant last year so his junkie son could move in there? Well they did. Literally the only reason they’re moving him here is because they can bring in more cash. My wife works for BC Housing and we’re going to have a field day with these assholes, but as it stands I have 2 months to find a place and get out.

So with that said, there are no longer any limits to my volume control.

A long time friend and my niece. He agreed to the rent increase, and has lived here for half the amount of time that I have. Don’t worry, he doesn’t mind.

Even the old lady across the street can’t help but join in on the fun...

Edit: 3pm update. Don’t let the bass get ya.

That sub is only turned up around 30% of the way fwiw. Much higher and it drowns out the tops, can't be played at my usual reasonable volume, and becomes painful in that space. As it stands every time the bass hits my tv screen distorts from the pressure as if someone was pressing on the panel. Good times.
