Teenagers Do Silly Things.

Like that one time I painted my car.

I’d had this car for about a bit over a year. It was my first car. It was initially a great emerald green, but I paid it off in October of 2009 and I wanted to do something drastic to it. Being a 4 cylinder Camry there wasn’t much to be done performance wise. So I set my mind on painting it. I went to Walmart, spent about 60 bucks on paint, and tape. And went for it. I did nearly no prep work, and didn’t primer anything. Lol

I still think these camrys are decent looking car. Yes I removed the grill, I thought it looked tougher without it for some reason lol. I did get white bumper lights shortly after this which looked great. Also those fog lights were the first car “modification” I ever did. My dad gave me a 50 dollar Walmart gift card, and I spent it on fog lights and new front door speakers, which I of coarse got bigger than the factory ones, because bigger is better,, and installed them in the plastic door card, not in the door itself. I did a lot of silly things with this car. I was 100% your typical small town ricer.
