Update:
No problem at all. Just need to put my toiletries and goggles in my backpack.
My wife and I are getting away tomorrow for a ski weekend. She has a work meeting in Santa Fe Tuesday and Wednesday next week, so we are flying to Albuquerque tomorrow, then driving to Angel Fire.
We are both attempting to take only carry on luggage - with the catch that we both have our own ski boots.
I’m going to have to get creative with mine - they take up 80% of the space of my roll on suitcase (they are either size 29 or 29.5, can’t recall exactly). I’ll try to remember to grab a picture tonight, it is almost comical.
I will succeed....I severely dislike checking my luggage. I’ve traveled for half of my 20 year professional career so I’m pretty good at getting my stuff into a carry on, but dang, these boots are massive.
