There is no way I could work from my house with 4 kids without my Bose noise cancelling headphones. Yesterday was the first day of online meeting for my 3 elementary school kids, so now from 8:30 to 11:00 I have at least one at some times three kids on video calls.
My kids do NOT know cubicle etiquette, and are not known for their voice volume control.
In Texas we have at LEAST another month of this, as the Governor pushes school openings to May 4 at the earliest. Which is very likely the right decision, but not since my twins were first born and not sleeping through the night will be patience be tested. My marriage literally barely survived that time (95-99% due to me).
