It was indeed the fuel pump. It’s a shockingly easy replacement. Took me maybe half an hour. Take the seat bottom out, remove 3 10mm screws, take off the cover, remove a clip, unhook a hose, remove 8 8mm screws, unclamp another hose, pull the assembly out, pop the cover off, unplug the connector, and pull the old pump out. Installation is just that in reverse. It did take a bit of trying to get it to start, but once the fuel was in the lines it was easy.
