Friday Oppo Pajero spamming, lighting edition

I learned somethings about the Pajero last night:

The headlights are glass lenses, the headlight washers are heated and it has cornering lamps that actually do something noticable. In situations light right turns at an intersection, they noticably throw some light in the direction you’re turning when the turns signals are on. The upper part of the corner light is the turn signal with an Amber bulb that is only on when blinking. The lower part is a white light that acts as the running light, and when that side’s turn signal is on it becomes a lot brighter.

It, of course, also has the non-us market obligatory turn signals on the fenders.

The Corvette had cornering lights, too, but they weren’t bright enough to do anything really noticable.

Unrelated to lighting, I noticed the coolant bottle was a bit low when it came off the truck.  There is a faint wiff of coolant at times, but so far no visible leak that I've found.  I'll have to add tracking down that small leak to list of things before it is fully adventure ready.  This kind of thing doesn't surprise me on a 25 year old truck.  There's also Svending (may peace be upon him) to be done this weekend.
