Or at least an engine donor for your mid-engine MK1 Golf project (a friend and I toyed with this idea once) Sadly, automatic. I don’t want it for that reason. The seats in these are pretty excellent... the rear bench would make a nice couch, and the fronts could be nice office chairs. Just sayin’ there’s value here even with the slushbox, if you’ve got the room/inclination.
