The Ford 1720 Started leaking oil again...

https://oppositelock.kinja.com/so-close-i-can-almost-taste-it-1834857509That stupid little oil plug in the block of the Ford 1720, which is NOT threaded, popped out again. It’s hidden behind the hydraulic pump and cannot be reached without removing the pump, or working blind. This video was shot using a USB endoscope and my phone. I had to drain the engine oil, clean the oil residue off, get it tight in it’s hole again, and then this time I have applied JB Weld, instead of silicone spray sealant. The sealant lasted nearly a year before leaking, hopefully the JB will be near to permanent as can be.

I still don’t understand why this plug isn’t threaded... I mean, WHY???
