This is the best of both worlds. Make it with as little water as possible to keep the broth creamy. I made it with the “cover noodles in bowl with boiling water and wait” method this time, but I do believe it’s worth boiling the noodles separately to control the amount of water used to reconstitute the flavor and veggie packets.
