Roof boats

Canoeing has become my new favorite hobby, and like all of my other hobbies before, I don’t know how to do something casually. So I’ve become obsessed with learning about different canoes, reading books about both canoe paddling and canoe building, and just looking at pictures of canoes.

And even though most boats look downright beautiful on the water where they belong, I’ve realized there is something iconic about a canoe on the roof of a car. Maybe I am letting my nostalgia glasses get the better of me, but enjoy these pictures that were not taken by me.
