The issue is not the control arm but that it’s not properly secured on the “bearing holder” (yeah, it’s the name of the part in ETKA), don’t know why it’s this way though.

I have the car (it’s on my A4 B7 that has 330,000km) since November and definitely knew there was a big issue on this side and the “bearing holder” really looked bad in this spot (with the bolt tightened all the way in and the marks), i tried several times to push/pull horizontally and twist this arm and it was not moving at all... didn’t think to just pull vertically...

Replacement used part (that did cost only 45€ including shipping) :

Update : It has been fixed

It has been fixed today and it’s definitely nice not to have the car swerve on hard deceleration and doing funny noises :)

I am glad i didn’t try to do it myself as one of the steel insert on the aluminium part (where the bottom arm goes) did “stick” on the arm (and i didn’t buy a replacement part for this arm) instead of the aluminium part so he had to cut the insert without touching the arm.
