Looks like I have the shop figured out, it’s kinda tricky because the county sez it has to be 50' away from our well and septic system. You’d think that with 7 + acres that wouldn’t be a thang, until you realize the exact spot you planned on putting the shop is where the wife wants the house built. So.. size reduced to 48' by 36'. Speaking of the county they suck, it’s taking them 3-4 months to approve permits.. assholes
