Signed the contract yesterday, the shop will be 48' wide and 30' deep. 3 Full garage doors and a side entrance “man door” that’s 4 feet wide. Permits will take three or four months, and Permabilt are running four months delay as well, so if I’m lucky I’ll have a shop by June. Some may feel that it ain’t big enough, but I’m also building a house with a three car garage, so.. yeah, I’ll have room for six cars all told. Here’s what the house will look like:
