What a shitstorm, the buyer pulled the close date from December 6th to today. We’ve had to scramble to get everything packed up and moved, we are now renting three storage lockers: 10' by 5' heated space for my instruments, audio/video gear and music, 20' by 10' for all the furniture (radiant heating 55F), and a 25' x 10' for all the other stuff. I have one more truck full of stuff to pick up today (the Taco has been a godsend) and we’re finally done.
Signed the contract to build a 48' by 30' shop and Saturday we’re going to sign up for a new home build
In the meantime we’ll continue living in our “spacious” 670 sq ft cottage, if all goes well shop and house will be ready by next Christmas.
