I have a very old Newfoundland Doggo that turned 10 in January (they’re usually lucky to make it to 9) who at first enjoyed all the extra attention, but over the last two weeks in now bored of us and mostly wants to lay on her couch.
About 10 minutes into a 20 minute walk at lunch she slows way down and gets fussy. Our poor critters all of a sudden burdened with us. The cats seem to barely care and still spend most of the day napping as they do.
