When I got my Voggards they had 3/4 lip plates, it was really bugging me. I knew this part be near impossible to find. Poking around on Marketplace someone was selling a set of Voggards in Australia. He had 1/4 lip plates. It was my only chance. I asked him if he just sell me the lip plate, with him talking to people who are buying the wheels (if they want lip plate or not). Well I got it. The one part smaller than a pinky finger, & barely exists.
