Quick reminder on German plates: The first letter(s) are like an area code (M for Munich, B for Berlin, RÜG for the island of Rügen.... you get it) the rest is either randomly assigned or you can pay like €20 to ask for special combinations like intitials and such, that’s how I got the “E 61" plate on my car. So it’s a local car, which I have seen twice now in the past months. This combo is a little too weird/specific to be random.
