Since we can’t have student’s data on private device anymore the school board handed me a new Lenovo laptop in November. Today the space, backspace and enter keys stopped working. I tried windows updates, updated the drivers for the keyboard and the pad, did a Bios update, and I’m out of ideas now. What to do, what to do?
My next step would be resetting it to factory settings, a.k.a. new windows install. Do I have to uninstall the office package that I got in a tiny box with a key first? Will the key still be valid?
