After leaks a few months back here it is in the flesh. Kind of impressive for the midsize sedan category or people wanting something fun to drive. Its pretty much the same spec wise as the new Kia K5 GT: 290 horses/ 310 ft lbs of torque from the new 2.5L turbo 4 paired to an 8 speed dual clutch auto. The differences that make separate it from a standard Sonata include quad rear exhaust, bigger front air intakes, 19" wheels, black trim, standard sporty car stuff.

Inside it gets N Line touches like sport pedals, and a few other N Line badges to let you know you could probably keep up with that Ecoboost Mustang from the stoplight. Like on the bottom of the steering wheel:

No word on pricing yet, but I’m expecting it to start in the low to mid $30's and either sit somewhere mid to top trim in the Sonata lineup.
