Update:
Talked with Andy for a long time last night. Turns out he’s feeling out right now, he’s hoping he gets one last roofing job to make his downpayment on a new house, but if he doesn’t he will be selling the car.

Turns out he loves it and doesn’t want to sell it, but buying a better house for his family is priority one, so he’s seeing where things land.
Super cool guy, also loves 90s Mopars, so I would guess we’ll end up hanging out regardless.
