USPS efficiency

Bear in mind that this is being delivered to Indianapolis. I see three possibilities.

1. The location in the status is wrong, and it’s not in Kansas anymore
2. The status information is correct, it’s just a very fast-moving delivery truck (and hopefully it’s not in Kansas anymore)
3. The USPS has no clue where Indianapolis is relative to Kansas

Any wagers?

Update:

Might be good news, but the insistence on Kansas doesn’t strike me as promising. Also I would have received a delivery notification from my UPS store by now. So, yeah, no.
