That’s a steering pun. The steering is back together on the car.
As an aside, I just wanted to remind oppo how much I hate springs of all sorts (they’re evil), and the swaybar is just a torsion spring. By this, I have very justified hate for mounting swaybars. For example, it took me as long or longer to put on the swaybar as it did the entire steering linkage.
