Day 3: “What do you mean, +7 volts you bastard there should be -68 there... and they haven’t made that transistor in 30 years...”

I have found two problems - the first is that it thought it was overloaded even with no load and was going into protection. The second is that midway through troubleshooting the first, the negative rail bias supply seems to have exploded.
