I’ve posted quite a few times on here in the past about potentially buying a boat or a PWC. Some of you are kind enough to my wallet that you’ve tried to talk me out of it.
But if you tried to talk me out of it, you failed!
This weekend I bought a 1996 Polaris SLT 780 and a 1996 Yamaha Waveraider 760! Both are 2 strokes, the Polaris a 3 cylinder and the Yamaha is a twin.
The Yamaha needs some work, previous owner says it doesn’t have spark. I’ve gotten some tips on what to check to fix. Hopefully it’ll be running by the summer. Polaris ran great. Can’t water test in the winter unfortunately, but that’s why the combo of 2 skis and a double trailer only cost 1100 bucks. Plenty of budget to fix the Yamaha and do some small fixes to the trailer.
