Who in their right mind gave me access to a vinyl cutter?

Is it bad I want to stencil a little Gengar and glass etch the bottom corner of the Stringbean? Maybe give the 250 a little Snorlax? Like I said- who gave me access to this thing? (I did. The answer is me.)
