Cut out the old piping (shut offs look to be within 20 years old), had to cut out the drain from behind the tub to get the tub disconnected. Sub floor is coming out, new floor going in, insulation (f*** blown in), new walls, pexing everything. Debating if I want to do anything crazy other than just a simple shower pan with regular shower as I’ll have EVERYTHING exposed and a full blank slate. No heated floors as a friend recommended as I never spend enough time in the bathroom as is.
