Hillbilly taxicab racing is back!

Sort of:

I’m having a hard time getting enthused about watching people play a computer game. But I thought of one way to make it entertaining:

Vehicular diversity. Instead of running a bunch of identical Cup cars, let the drivers choose from the vast population of real and imagined cars from other racing series, or TV and movies.

Put Paul Newman’s Datsun, Petty’s Superbird, Bandit’s Trans Am, Max Max’s Interceptor, Bullitt’s Mustang, Kowalski’s Challenger,the Munsters Koach, Herbie the Love Bug and Priscilla Queen of the Desert into the mix. It’s not like real vehicle dynamics enter into it.
