walking back from lunch i heard a rather unpleasant noise coming up behind me. I turn to see a fairly new Maxima driving up the street with its front bumper cover dragging on the street. To give even less fucks, this is in a construction zone. There are two officers “working” who turn to see what the noise was as well. Their jaws just drop and their heads turn to follow her as she drives by them. Just in case you thought there was one last fuck to be given, she was talking on her cellphone, not on hands free, but jammed right up against her ear, as she scraped by the cops.
