one person doesn’t like how their house looks like the other houses in the neighborhood so they want to completely redo the exterior

someone’s mother is moving in after an illness and needs an addition draw up for a fully handicap bathroom.

A family wants a master suite over their 2 car garage.

I still have that giant house going and i have to finish off a family room addition I started early winter (client disappeared for a while, resurfaced, and may have gone dark again so I can probably put that off)
