step 1: cut bacon strips in half and cook the bacon so it starts to crisp, but doesn’t get stiff.....giggity
step two: wrap the bacon around a scallop and hold in place with a toothpick. the scallops i used were pretty big, about 15 per pound
step three, mix butter and brown sugar ina pan and get it hot
step four: stick the scallops into the butter and lightly brown on each side
step five: eat
