on my way to a meeting yesterday I say someone who somehow was gifted the breakdown lane as their own personal autobahn. I’m guessing he was doing 90 mph in a 60 mph zone. As he approached the next off ramp a Silverado went to exit, not checking what was coming up behind him and cut off the jackass. I’m guessing the speeder beeped because the Silverado swerved and almost lost control.
