well co-worker

I have been (was) asking my boss to hire a co-worker for a long time. I thought it would help with production, reduce his need to outsource to work-at-home part time people, boost office moral, and improve projects though collaboration (two heads are better than one) We have had a lot of issues with the part time people not being available on demand, mistakes being made though communication errors due to text, email phone, and one even quitting part way though a project. I just got a call from a guy who works for a 3-d rendering company. Sounds like my boss will try outsourcing my position instead of hiring someone. dumb fucking move dude.
