after looking into computers a little more I had the thought of putting a tower in my basement and getting a wireless monitor. I still want the flexibility of being able to working in different rooms but it sounds like the wireless monitor dont’t work they way I though. I thought it would just be like a wireless mouse where it has a USB plug and just connects when the computer wakes up. The wireless monitors sound more like casting to a TV.
this monitor is $200 and the tower I’m looking at is $400 which comes to $600 which is less than the $1000 laptop i’m looking at.
