Made some weird ass shit for lunch... dinner? What are meal times anymore?

The last few weeks I’ve had a really weird sleep schedule and haven’t been keeping to normal meal times. Frequently I’ll wake up around 6 am, go to the gym, then work, then class, then come home, sleep, go back to work, go to more class, eat, go back to sleep, wake up, go to class, etc. all in a random order. As a result (probably) I’m kind of sick. I also didn’t eat anything besides three cups of coffee since 7 this morning (and it’s now 5 pm here) so I got home and started throwing random shit in a pot. Here’s the result.

Started out as a box of 4-cheese rice-a-roni. Started cooking it, but realized, hey, fiber exists. So I tossed a can of spinach in. Then, oh wait, protein exists too! So in went a can of tuna. Wait! This is gonna be gross! So in went some cayenne pepper, red pepper, onion powder, and who knows what else. Results? It’s actually pretty good. You get a little tanginess from the tuna, creaminess from the cheese, and some savor from the spices. I’d eat this again. Good thing I like it, I have about six more meals of it.

As a warning for all the younguns on Oppo, this is what college cuisine looks like. Just... be prepared.
