Old Toyota Century, new Toyota Century, both with chauffeurs waiting for their owners to finish shopping.
Later I was turned down by a Century taxi driver—my money is too gaijin, I guess?—and in turn rejected the E63 cab(!!) behind him in favor of a stately old Toyota Crown. This is Japan after all. And someday I’ll get that ride in a Century.
