These two photographs were taken within hours of each other, but in different states. HINT: The two states are adjacent to each other... and currently share a time zone. One of them has the LARGEST State Capital population in the whole country! The other one has the LARGEST State Pension Fund Deficit in the whole country, but I’m sure that has nothing to do with the data displayed here.
